# Naucle

> Naucle gathers what your company knows from documents and from the people on your team. Query it from the chat or from your agents, with the source of every answer.

Every time you open a chat you have to explain again who you are and how you talk to your customers. Naucle gathers this from your documents and from the people on your team and keeps it in a shared memory. You can query it from Naucle's chat or from the agents you already use, like Claude Code, and every answer shows where it comes from.

## How the memory is built

You upload the documents you use every day, including PDFs, Office files and whole mailboxes. Naucle's agent reads them and writes pages grouped by topic, each one linked to the documents it comes from.

When two documents disagree, or something is unclear, it asks you in the conversation, one question at a time. The workspace is shared, so anyone on the team can ask questions and add documents to the same memory.

## What you can do with it

The examples are illustrative.

### Check where an answer comes from

Professional firms and technical offices. When a wrong answer is expensive, you need to see the source before you use it.

Question: "What is the penalty in the contract with Bianchi?" Answer: "2% for each week of delay, up to a maximum of 10%." (source: Bianchi contract 2024.pdf, page 7)

### Find what a colleague knows

Departments and working groups. If Marco is on holiday, what he knows is in the documents and emails he uploaded, and anyone on the team can ask for it.

Question: "How did we fix the delivery delays from the supplier in Verona?" Answer: "You moved orders to Monday and agreed on a partial delivery by Thursday." (source: Marco's email to the supplier, 12 June)

### Ask questions to years of email

Small and medium businesses. Import an Outlook or mbox mailbox, up to 3 GB, and ask for what you need.

Question: "What price did we agree with Rossi for 2023?" Answer: "€48 per unit, confirmed by Rossi on 14 March 2023." (source: Email "Re: 2023 price list")

## Use it from your agents

With an access key, the agents you work with, such as Claude Code or Codex, can ask questions to a workspace's memory and get answers with sources. If you allow it, they can also send Naucle notes to add, such as a decision made while working.

Each key works on one workspace only and sees only what you can see. Your agents' questions stay in your history, where you can read them and pick them up.

For now we activate accounts by hand. Sign up and confirm your email, and we will write to you when your account is active.
